These have a very long life and while they do not last forever, it is darned close. This is the 30 grit pad which used on floor machines and auto-scrubbers for removing heavy scratches. Used in series through 500 grit they will bring the floor to a low gloss finish. This 3 Slayer ceramic bond Diamond floor disc is from the set for polishing concrete slabs.
Theses discs will provide you with long life even when working hard concrete. These discs can be run either wet or dry and they have no heat-up hook loop problem. That being said, if you run them wet they do leave a much better finish, even with minimal water. If a higher gloss is desired you can then use resin discs and/or polishing compound to get the stone pop.
